All Mystic Access audio tutorials are non-tangible goods, as they are provided in electronic format. No refunds will be provided for these products, and by purchasing, you are agreeing that you understand this policy.
You are responsible for maintaining a backup or backups of all products which you purchase via Mystic access. Mystic Access is not responsible for any lost, missing or corrupt downloads after five business days from the date of your purchase. (Please see below). We will, at our sole discretion, re-initiate your download if you require a new copy of a product.
Should you have an issue receiving or playing your downloaded product(s), you must call: (716) 543-3323, or email email@example.com within five business days of your product purchase date. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue to your satisfaction. We want to make sure that you are able to download and successfully utilize the products which you purchase from us.
If, after purchasing a download from us, you find the process of downloading the materials too complex, or otherwise unsatisfactory to you, you may request an SD card from us which will include all relevant materials, for an additional $15 charge, plus any priority shipping fees you may desire. all requests must be made to Mystic access via our phone number or email address. (Please see above).
If you purchase a piece of hardware from Mystic access (headphones, speakers, etc) and find that it isn’t working as expected, you must contact Mystic Access within 30 (thirty) days of your purchase date, and we will attempt to troubleshoot the problem with you via phone and / or email. If we cannot resolve the problem, you may return your product within 30 (Thirty) days of your original product purchase date. If it is discovered that your product has no defect, you will be given a full refund of your original purchase price minus return shipping charges. However, if it is discovered that your product is defective, you will be refunded your original purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee.
If you order a piece of hardware from us and then discover that you don’t want or need it, you may return it to us within 30 (thirty) days as long as it is in unopened and unused condition. You will be given a full refund of your purchase price minus your return shipping costs. If it is not in like new condition or if parts are missing you will be refunded your original purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee.
Gently Used Accessible Electronics
Any used equipment purchased from MysticAccess.com is sold as is. The equipment is thoroughly tested before it leaves Mystic Access. If there are any known issues, those issues are clearly stated in the product description. No refunds will be provided for these products. All products are sold as is.
Virtual Training, Consulting and Self-Advocacy Services
Mystic Access wishes you to be thoroughly satisfied with the comprehensive training which we provide. If you purchase a virtual training package, but afterwards realize that it wasn’t, in fact, what you perceived it to be or what you actually wanted, you may contact us by phone or email within five business days of placing your order to request a full refund of your purchase price, minus a 15% processing fee. Likewise, if, after the first fifteen minutes of your first training session with us, you are unhappy with the experience for any reason, you may request a full refund of your purchase price, minus a 20% processing fee. By purchasing virtual training from us, you agree that you understand these policies.
