Mystic Access: At Your Service — Ongoing Support

Have you been interested in training with Mystic access, but are seeking something a little more flexible and versatile than our regular training offerings? Our highly affordable “At Your Service” retainer package may offer just what you’re looking for.

This package is completely personalized to address your unique goals, situations and desired results. With the “At Your Service” package, you’ll receive:

• Ninety minutes of support from Mystic Access, every month for three months. Use the time any way you want… break your monthly time into thirty or forty-five minute increments, or use it all in one session each month. Meet twice a week, once a week or bi-weekly, etc. We can discuss and assist with any topic or topics of your choosing.
• Assistance on the web. Let us do the work for you. If you need some online support from us in addition to training on a topic or topics, we’ll be happy to help. For instance, if you need to use Zoom to set up meetings, but don’t have the time or interest to learn the ropes yourself, we can set those meetings up for you, configure Zoom settings on Zoom.us, etc. If you’re website is set up through WordPress, we can also help you to make some site changes, such as page creation / modifications, adding a plugin, etc. Need help with something else? We may be able to assist — just ask us prior to ordering! This online aspect of “At Your Service” is optional, but definitely adds flexibility to how we can support you.
• Email support (within reason). We’re always happy to answer questions or provide tips via email as part of any of our training packages. If you have a question at 3:00 AM, just email your primary trainer, and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
• Save ten percent on any other products, paid events or other Mystic Access offerings for as long as you’re part of this retainer program. Grab some audio tutorials, a few additional hours of training, or something else at a big discount!
• All training received as part of this package will, of course, be recorded via MP3, and made available for your ongoing reference. It’s your training, after all, so the sessions will be yours to keep forever.
• Ninety days of personalized ongoing support from passionate professionals who are also users of assistive technology ourselves. We meet you where you are, and help you to learn your assistive technology in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. No problem or question is too strange or silly. We’re happy to help!

Important Notes:

• You will be billed $169 once every three months for this package. Cancel any time within your Mystic Access account, or give us a call for assistance. Any unused minutes you still maintain upon cancellation can be used through the end of your ninety day period.
• This is not the package you want if you desire intensive training. “At Your Service” provides four and a half hours of training which you may use however you wish over a ninety day (three month) period.
• Training time does not roll over. All your training minutes need to be used within the ninety day period during which it was purchased.
• Regarding web assistance, we will not assist with highly secure tasks such as online banking, paying bills, etc.
• If you choose to cancel, partial refunds for unused time will not be provided. You may, however, use any unused time through the end of your billing period.
