In this episode Chris talks about the “Provide Feedback With Sound” option in Microsoft Office for Windows.   He installs the sound pack in Office 2013, demonstrates how to activate it in the office products as well as shows where to assign different sounds to these events should you wish to do so.

  1. MS is no longer offering sounds.exe for Office 2013 and the link no longer works. Super peeved since my computer died and I had to get a reimaged one and now no sounds.

  2. Thanks for this podcast on sounds in Windows. I have ben wanting to add various sounds to Windows ten since I upgraded to it. Most every event had the same sound until I listened to your podcast and changed my windows sounds.
