We hope your holidays were cozy, wonderful, and filled with everything you wanted. Chris and I enjoyed a sweet and low-key holiday, which was exactly what we desired. We hope your celebrations were fantastic.

We’re ringing in the new year with a 22% off sale on all digital audio documentation. If you haven’t checked out our offerings lately, or know there’s something you wish to purchase, now would be a great time. The sale is on right now, and is over at end of day on Sunday, January 16. Order via the website at any time via our shop page, or give us a call between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday to order, at: (716) 543-3323. Audio samples are available on each product page, and we’re here to answer any questions you may have.

We also wanted to inform you about a couple site updates we made recently. We hope these changes will make your shopping experience with us more enjoyable and convenient.

We’ve moved from a single-step to a multi-step checkout process, and have gotten rid of much of the clutter from our checkout pages. You’ll no longer see the main or footter menus when you check out, for instance, so that should minimize confusion.

We also now have a helpful option to let you know whether you previously purchased a product from us in the past. Let’s say you’re logged into your Mystic Access account, and are looking at some documentation, and it looks a little too familiar. If you previously purchased it, on the product page itself, you’ll find a message that tells you this fact, with a link back to the relevant order. This prevents you from accidentally purchasing a product twice unintentionally. There’s also now a Buy Again link in your account so you can view all products previously purchased.

finally, we have a new poll question available on the website, and your feedback would be very appreciated. The question is: Would you find value in comprehensive audio documentation for the BlindShell Classic 2 phone, created by Mystic Access? If documentation on this phone would be of value to you, we’d love to hear from you via the poll.
