A Birthday Sale Starting Today, January’s Event, and a Free Humanware Collaboration

Hi, Everyone,

Happy 2021. We’re excited to share a bunch of very timely news with you to start out the year. We hope there’s something here that you’ll find enjoyable / useful.

Birthday Sale Starting Today, January 22

It appears that one of the Mystic Access team members has taken another trip around the sun. Here’s a hint — it’s the guy who founded the company. Yep, Chris is getting older, but you all get to celebrate that fact with a Birthday sale, starting today. The sale runs through end of day Monday, Chris’s actual special day. If you purchase from us between now and then, you can save ten percent off most hardware (speakers, our transmitter receiver, accessories, and headphones). The just launched Soundcore Life Q20 headphones are awesome, by the way. The Evo 10 DAISY player, and the BlindShell phone, are excluded from additional savings. You can also save fifteen percent off of all audio documentation and training / consulting services. If you’ve been holding off on purchasing our eleven-hour Windows 10 or Amazon Fire Tablet tutorials, now may be a great time. Other goodies on sale which you may want to check out include our cool new USB wall chargers and our ever-popular Sweet Success with iOS audio modules. Remember, the sale is going on now, and runs through 11:59 PM on Monday, January 25. Come celebrate with Chris, and if you call Monday, you can give him a hard time… uh, I mean, wish him a Happy Birthday! Your present is the savings you’ll receive.

January’s Free Event — Come Learn All About The Evo 10 DAISY Player

Our next monthly free event is next Thursday, January 28, and this time around, we’ll be joined by Barry Scheur of GuideLights And Gadgets to discuss the Evo 10 DAISY player. You may own a Stream, Book Port or something else, but have you heard of the Evo 10? What makes it unique and sets it apart? How does it differ from others on the market? Come learn from Barry, Chris, and Kim, as we share its features, advantages and drawbacks, and, of course, demo it live for you. Bring your questions, too. Oh, and did we mention Barry is giving away a player to one lucky live participant?

Brailliant BI X Series Documentation Now Available

Mystic Access is delighted to have collaborated with Humanware on documentation for their new Brailliant BI X braille displays, released earlier this week. As with the BrailleNote Touch and Brailliant BI 14 tutorials, this documentation is freely available to anyone interested in learning more. Approximately three hours of audio teaches you everything from orientation, to features, to troubleshooting. I, Kim, had so much fun recording and demoing the Brailliant for you, and hope you’ll enjoy learning about these new devices as much as I did. Please click here to reach our free downloads Humanware category, and select the Brailliant documentation of interest to you. Enjoy!

Thanks as always for reading and sharing, and have a fabulous weekend!

Warmest Wishes,
Chris and Kim
The Mystic Access Team
